Service description
We design and deliver customised service training programmes for hotel teams at all levels — from front desk and housekeeping to food and beverage and management. Training is built around your property's actual service gaps, not generic hospitality scripts.
- 01
Who This Training Is Designed For
This programme is suited to hotel teams at any level — front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and management — where service delivery is inconsistent, where new staff have been onboarded without structured training, or where guest scores suggest a gap between intended and actual service standards. It is particularly effective following a Guest Experience Audit, when specific findings can be translated directly into training content.
Independent properties without formal brand standards benefit from the programme's ability to define those standards as part of the design process, giving the team a shared reference point that did not exist before. Operators preparing for a repositioning or a busy seasonal period also use it to sharpen team performance ahead of increased demand.
- 02
How the Programme Is Built
Every programme begins with a pre-training needs assessment and a review of your existing service standards and brand manuals. For properties without formal documentation, that review becomes a collaborative process of defining the standards the training will then reinforce. We then build a custom scenario library drawn from your property's real guest feedback — the situations your team actually encounters, not hypothetical ones from a generic curriculum.
That foundation means participants recognise the scenarios immediately, which accelerates engagement and retention. Content is adapted to your brand standards throughout, so the training reinforces the identity your guests are meant to experience rather than a generic hospitality template.
- 03
What Happens During the On-Site Sessions
Training is delivered on-site in half-day or full-day interactive workshop formats, with sessions capped at 30 participants to maintain meaningful interaction and skills practice. Larger teams are split across multiple sessions scheduled to minimise operational disruption. The workshops combine structured delivery with role-play and skills practice, each followed by specific, constructive feedback rather than general commentary.
The on-site format matters. Learning that happens in the actual environment where skills will be applied transfers more reliably than off-site classroom training. Our consultants facilitate rather than lecture, keeping the energy practical and the focus on behaviour that participants can demonstrate the next day on shift.

Building the Edge Into Daily Management
A training event that is not reinforced fades quickly. That is why every programme includes a manager coaching component — working with your supervisors and department heads on how to sustain service standards in daily briefings, performance conversations, and real-time feedback on the floor. Managers leave with practical tools, not just awareness.
The programme also includes a 30-day follow-up check-in, conducted after staff have had time to apply what they learned. That check-in identifies where new behaviours are holding, where they are drifting, and what targeted reinforcement is needed — giving the initial investment a longer effective life than a standalone workshop.

Programme Formats and Pricing
Programmes are available in half-day workshop format for groups of up to 20 staff, full-day workshop format for groups of up to 30 staff, and a two-day intensive for groups of up to 40 staff. A manager coaching add-on of four dedicated sessions is available to complement any format and is strongly recommended for properties where supervisory consistency is a known gap.
All fees are in Canadian dollars. Refresher workshops for returning clients are available at a reduced rate. For full details on payment terms and conditions, please refer to the site's Sales Terms. Because we limit the number of active engagements we take on, programme dates should be confirmed as early as possible.

What Makes This Approach Different
Most hospitality training programmes are built once and delivered everywhere. Ours are built for your property, your team, and your guests — which means the scenarios feel real, the feedback is specific, and the standards being reinforced are the ones your operation actually needs to hold. That specificity is not incidental; it is the reason the training produces durable change rather than a temporary lift.
Our consultants bring direct senior operational experience from full-service hotel environments, which means they can answer the hard questions that come up in workshops — the edge cases, the difficult guests, the moments where policy and judgment have to work together. That credibility in the room changes how participants engage with the material.

How an engagement works
- 1
Discovery Call
We begin with a confidential conversation to understand your property's situation, goals, and constraints. This call helps us determine whether there is a good fit and what scope of engagement makes sense.
- 2
Scope & Proposal
We prepare a written proposal outlining the engagement scope, methodology, timeline, and fee. For complex situations, we may recommend a standalone diagnostic before committing to a full engagement.
- 3
Data Collection & Audit
We gather and analyse your property's performance data, conduct on-site visits or mystery-guest stays as appropriate, and complete structured interviews with key department heads.
- 4
Analysis & Recommendations
We synthesise findings into a prioritised action plan with realistic impact estimates. Recommendations are reviewed internally for feasibility before being presented to your team.
- 5
Debrief & Handover
We present findings and recommendations in a structured debrief session with ownership and department heads, answer questions, and agree on next steps. All materials are handed over in editable formats.

Frequently asked questions
Is the training adapted to our brand standards?
Yes. We review your existing brand standards and service manuals before designing any content. For independent properties without formal standards, we help you define them as part of the programme.
How many staff can attend a single session?
We cap workshops at 30 participants to maintain meaningful interaction and skills practice. Larger teams are split across multiple sessions, which we schedule to minimise operational disruption.
Do you offer refresher training after the initial programme?
Yes. We offer a 30-day follow-up check-in included in every programme, and separate refresher workshops can be booked at a reduced rate for returning clients.
